The XREAL One Pro is most useful anywhere you want a large screen but cannot carry one. Common uses are extending or mirroring a laptop for focused work in transit or shared spaces, gaming on a Steam Deck, ROG Ally, PS5 or Xbox on a big virtual display, and watching films privately on a plane or train.
The Anchor mode and X1 chip make it more capable than simple media glasses: a fixed window that stays in place suits desk work, and low latency helps gaming feel responsive. For work, many people use it as a portable second screen next to a laptop; for travel, it replaces a seat-back screen with a large private display. It is not a standalone computer or a mixed-reality headset; it is a display you bring to a device you already own, which is also why it is light and needs no charging.
