The XREAL 1S connects with one USB-C cable to any device that outputs video over USB-C (DisplayPort Alt Mode): recent iPhones (15, 16 and 17 series), most Android phones, Mac and Windows laptops, and handhelds such as the Steam Deck and ROG Ally.
Devices that do not output video over USB-C, or that you want to keep charged during use, connect through the XREAL Hub. As with all AR glasses, the key check before buying for a specific device is whether it outputs video over USB-C; if not, plan to add the hub or a streaming box.
