Only the organization’s owner has access to the billing management in the default settings. However, it is possible to create a new role with permission to access billing management and then assign that role to a person.
How to add a role with permission to access billing management:
- Open the Desktop Pairing App on your computer and sign-in with your ArborXR account.
- Click on “Organization Settings” on the left side of the screen.
- Click on “Roles”.
- Click on “Add Role” and enter the name under “Role Name”.
- Click on “Save”.
- Scroll down and click on “Expand All” next to “Permissions”.
- Click on “Organization Billing” and check the checkbox belonging to this.
- Select all other permissions you want to apply to this user
- Click on “Save”.
- The role should now be saved.
How to give a role to another user:
- Click on “Organization Settings” on the left side of the screen.
- Click on “Users”
- Click on the current role of a user
- Select a new role for this user
- Click on “Save”.
- The role is now given to the person.
