Your MHMS community code is a unique identifier that links your organization’s Meta Horizon Managed Services account to your team and reseller (such as VR Expert). It’s mainly needed to get additional licenses or MHMS bundles. It will be required to set up extra licenses, which you then need to set up on the devices or for troubleshooting account access. Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log in to Meta Admin Center
Go to the Meta Horizon Managed Solutions Admin Center and sign in using your admin account credentials.
Only admins or users with organization-level permissions can view the community code.
2. Go to your Organization Settings
- In the left-hand menu, select Settings.
- Then click Products & Billing, and then on the right hand side.
3. Locate the Community Code
Under your Products & Billing information, you’ll find the Community Code displayed in the details section. It usually appears as a short alphanumeric string (e.g., AB1234CD).
Keep this code secure: it identifies your organization within the Meta Horizon system.
4. Share your code securely
If you’re working with a reseller such as VR Expert, share your community code only through secure communication channels (e.g., encrypted email or your organization’s official portal).
They’ll use it to link your headsets, manage licenses, or provide technical support.
Can’t find your community code?
If you don’t see the community code:
- Check that your admin account has the correct permissions.
- Confirm you’re viewing the Organization tab and not a device-level page.
- If you’re still unable to locate it, contact Meta Horizon Managed Services Support or VR Expert Support for assistance.

- Treat your community code like an internal ID: do not share it publicly.
- Only share it with trusted resellers or internal administrators.
