What is the difference between Individual Mode and Shared Mode in Quest for Business? 

In this article you will learn about the difference between Individual Mode and Shared Mode in Quest for Business. Using Quest for Business, each Quest device comes pre-set to function in Individual Mode. This enables every member within your organization to log in to their device using a Meta account administered by your organization.

In Shared Mode, you can modify the settings of any device linked to your organization. The users do not need to have a Meta account. This allows the shared mode device to be utilized by multiple individuals, giving access to a predefined selection of applications.
