Do not charge the headset in direct sunlight or in a bag immediately after a heavy gaming session; let the active cooling system settle first.
Long-term Storage:
If you do not plan to use the headset for more than two weeks, charge it to approximately 50%–70% and power it completely off. Storing a lithium battery at 0% or 100% for long periods can lead to permanent capacity degradation.
Optimal Temperature:
The headset operates best between 10°C and 35°C. If the unit becomes too hot during charging, the software will automatically throttle the charging speed to protect the internal components.
