The screen appears and you can set brightness, dimming and screen mode.

Fit the nose pad size that keeps the glasses level

Clean the lenses with a dry microfibre cloth.

If there is no picture, the device most likely does not output video over USB-C; confirm DisplayPort support, use a video-capable cable, and add the Pro Mobile Dock for consoles and non-DP devices.

If sound leaks or feels thin in a quiet space, the open-ear speakers are working as designed and earbuds are an option.

If the image is soft at the centre, check IPD size and fit.

FAQ: No image on my console? Consoles such as Switch, PS5 and Xbox need the Pro Mobile Dock rather than a direct cable.
