When applications become unresponsive or the software glitches, use these hardware-level commands to restore functionality.
- Force Quitting Apps: Simultaneously press and hold the Digital Crown and the top button for two seconds to bring up the Force Quit menu.
- Hard Restart: If the interface is frozen, continue holding both buttons until the displays turn black and the Apple logo appears, rebooting the M2 and R1 Chips.
- Thermal Management: If you see a temperature warning, the device may be throttling performance; ensure the cooling vents are not blocked by the Light Seal and Cushions.
- Factory Reset: For persistent software issues, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset to wipe the device and remove your Optic ID profile
