Follow these steps to troubleshoot and get Wi-Fi streaming working with your Pico 4 (Enterprise):
- Make sure the computer and your Pico 4 (Enterprise) are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Confirm that your computer’s firewall does not block any connections.
- Make sure the system’s network profile type is “Private”, not “Public”.
- If you have antivirus or security software installed, try closing the software or adding the Pico Streaming Assistant to the whitelist.
- Make sure you are in a simple network environment, and not connected to a large corporate local area network.
- Try to close the Pico Streaming Assistant and SteamVR and reopen them.
- Try to completely uninstall the antivirus software (some antivirus software still prohibits network connection even if it is closed).
- Try to restart your computer.
