How to turn on/off Standby Mode of the Lynx R1?

The Lynx R1 has a standby mode to extend the battery life when the headset is not in use but not completely switched off. The standby mode can be activated (and deactivated) by using the power button as well as automatically when wearing (and taking off) the headset.

How to activate Standby Mode using the power button?

To activate the standby mode press the Power button which is located on the right side of the headset shortly. This will turn off the displays. 

To deactivate the standby mode simply press the power button again.

How to automatically activate and deactivate standby mode?

Standby mode is automatically triggered by the proximity sensor which is located on the inner side of the headset.

The standby mode will be activated once the headset is taken off (not worn anymore) thanks to the proximity sensor. Standby mode will be deactivated once the headset is put back on.
