In this article you will learn how to transfer files from your Lynx R1 to the Computer.
What is needed:
- Lynx R1 headset
- Windows computer
- USB-C cable
How to transfer files from your Lynx R1 to the computer
- Turn your headset on.
- Connect the headset with your computer using the USB-C cable.
- The headset will make a sound indicating that the headset is connected to the computer.
- On your headset navigate to the Lynx menu. To access the menu press the long button located on the top of the headset on the right side and quite the current application.
- Click on “Settings” above the dock on the right side.
- Now select “System”.
- In the system settings scroll down until you see the section “Files Transfer (USB/PC)” and click the toggle next to it to allow the transfer.
- Now on your computer open the Explorer.
- Click on the folder called This PC.
- In there click on the folder called Lynx-R1.
- Click on “Internal shared storage”.
- In this folder you will find all the files that are on your headset. For example: DCIM, Documents.
- Select the file you want to transfer and copy it. To transfer screen or video shots Folders DCIM > Lynx > ScreenAndVideoShots.
- Now paste it in the storage of your computer.
You successfully transferred files from the Lynx R1 to the computer.
