How to set up the play area on the HTC Vive XR Elite

Go to the main lobby. To do so press the Vive Button on the right controller and click on Back to Lobby on the bottom right corner.

In the dock which is located at the bottom of your view, click on Settings.

On the left side of the Settings window click on Boundary.

There you will be able to set the view, the floor position and the safety boundary.

Click on Reset in the view section of the Boundary settings.

Now face the desired new center. An arrow will point in the direction the new center will be.

Press the Trigger on your controller.

How to set the floor position on the HTC Vive XR Elite

Click on Reset in the floor position section of the Boundary settings.

With the controller push the displayed floor to the level of the actual floor.

Click on Confirm in the Window in front of you.

How to set the safety boundary on the HTC Vive XR Elite

Click on Reset in the Safety boundary section of the Boundary settings.

With the controller draw the safety boundary on the floor using the Trigger.

Make sure that there are no obstacles inside the safety boundary that you can bump into, while you are in virtual reality.

The play area is now set up on the HTC Vive XR Elite.
