How to screen record with the Meta Quest 3

Press the Meta Button on the right controller to open the universal menu.

Click on the square on the right side of your dock to view all apps.

Open the “Camera” app.

Click on “Start recording” at the top row of the menu.

In the middle of your view a number will appear counting back from 3.

Use the 3 seconds to look in the desired direction you want to start the screen recording.

After 3 seconds the screen recording will start and you will see a red + in the top right corner of your view.

To end the recording click on “Stop recording ” located where the recording was started.

After stopping the recording you will find the video of the screen recording at the bottom of the camera menus.
