How to install an applications on the Magic Leap 2

To install an application on the Magic Leap 2, use the Magic Leap Hub on your computer.

First, download and launch the Magic Leap Hub on your computer.

Connect the Magic Leap Compute Pack to your computer using a USB-C cable.

In the main menu of the Magic Leap Hub on your computer, locate up to 6 rectangular fields. Click the white “Start Device Bridge” button in the “Device Bridge” field.

Once the Device Bridge starts, select the “Apps” tab at the top.

Here, you will see all the apps currently on your computer.

Click the white “Install Apps” button at the top left corner.

Your computer’s explorer will open.

Choose the application file you want to upload to your headset and click the “open” button in the bottom right corner.

The application installation will begin.

The app is now installed on the Magic Leap 2 and will be available with all other applications in the main menu.
