How to delete files off of the Skyworth S801?

In this article you will learn how to delete files off of the Skyworth S801 with the headset and with the computer.

How to delete files off of the Skyworth S801 through the Headset

1. The main menu is divided into three sections. The middle section is located in the middle of your view. If you look to the left you will find another section next to the one in the middle. 
2. In there click on the “tool button” which is located on the left side of this section.
3. You will now see 4 different tools. 

1. Click on the icon located in the middle of the top row of those tools.
2. In the middle of your view a new window will appear. Click on the “Open button” which is located at the bottom of your view.
3. Now the App is opened to view all your files that are on the headset.
4. On the left side you can choose between Video, Picture and APK. Select the folder you want to delete a file in.
5. Look to the right side of the window and press the “Edit icon” that is located at the bottom.
6. Now you can select the file you want to delete.
7. After selecting the files you want to delete click the “DELETE” button located on the right.
8. Confirm by pressing “DELETE” again.

The file is now deleted off of your headset.

How to delete files off of the Skyworth S801 with the computer

For this option you will additionally need:

• Computer
• Micro USB to USB cable

1. Connect the headset to the computer using a micro USB to USB cable.
2. Turn on your headset. 
3. When your headset is turned on you should see a colored LED light, either blue, pink or red on the left side of your headset. The LED light indicates that the headset is loading and is turned on. The color depends on the battery status of the headset.
4. Now on your computer open the “Explorer”.
5. In the explorer window on the left side you will find different folders.
6. Click on the folder called “This PC”. There you will find a folder called “S801”.
7. Open the folder “S801”. 
8. There you will find all the files that are on your headset. For example: Pictures, Videos, APK.
9. Select the file you want to delete a file in.
10. Now you delete the specific file.

The file is now deleted off of your headset.
