How to delete files from the file manager on the RealWear Navigator 500?

In this article you will learn how to delete files from the file manager on the RealWear Navigator 500.

What is needed:

  • RealWear Navigator 500

How to delete files from the file manager of the RealWear Navigator 500:

  1. Turn on your RealWear Navigator 500.
  2. Make sure you are in the home menu by saying “Navigate Home”.
  3. Say “My Files”.
  4. You can delete files from My Media, My Documents or My Photos. Go to the folder of preference to delete files.
  5. Select the file you want to delete by saying
  6. When in the right folder, say “More Options”.
  7. Say “Edit Mode”. 
  8. To select a specific file, say the number assigned to that file, for example: “Select Item 4”. If you need to select multiple files, repeat the process.
  9. To select all files say “Select All Items”.
  10. To delete the selected files say “Delete Selected” and “Confirm Deletion”.
  11. If you selected the wrong files and want to retain the files say “Cancel”.
