How to connect my Pico Neo 3 to my computer?

In this article, you will learn how to manage the Pico Neo 3 via a wired connection to a PC.

What is needed:

  • Pico Neo 3
  • PC
  • USB-C to USB cable

Important* The Pico Neo 3 should already be in the developer mode

How to connect the Neo 3 to a PC

  1. Connect the headset to the PC using a USB-C to USB cable.
  2. Enter the Developer options on your Pico Neo 3.
    • If your Neo 3 is not in developer mode yet, go to your General settings and click 10 times on the software version number. The developer options will appear on the left sided menu.
  3. Go to ‘Select USB Configuration’ and select ‘MTP (Media Transfer Protocol)’. 

Your device should now appear as a drive on your PC.
