How to check how much storage space is left on the Lynx R1

  1. Navigate to the Lynx menu. To access the menu press the long button located on the top of the headset on the right side and quite the current application.
  2. Click on “Settings above the dock on the right side.
  3. Now select “System”.
  4. In the bottom section of the system menu you will see the information about:

Total internal storage and  Free internal storage

You will now know how to check how much storage space is left on the Lynx R1. If you do not have enough storage left there is a possibility to extend the storage space. View this guide on how to extend the storage space on the Lynx R1.

How to check how much storage space is left on the Lynx R1 with a computer

  1. Connect the headset with your computer using the USB-C cable. Make sure the headset is turned on.
  2. On your headset navigate to the Lynx menu. To access the menu press the long button located on the top of the headset on the right side and quite the current application.
  3. Click on “Settings above the dock on the right side.
  4. Now select “System”.
  5. In the system settings scroll down until you see the section “Files Transfer (USB/PC)” and click the toggle next to it to allow the transfer.
  6. Now on your computer open the Explorer.
  7. Click on the folder called This PC
  8. In there click on the folder called Lynx-R1.

You will see the folder “Internal shared storage” with an indication how much storage is already occupied.
