How to login
- Go to VR Sync.com.
- If you do not have an account, contact your VR Expert account manager.
- If you already have an account, click on Login, located in the top bar.
- Fill in your details
Setting up
Adding content
- Once logged in on your pc, please go to the Content tab.
- Click on Upload file. Choose the desired content from your pc to upload.
- VR Sync supports the following types of content:
- Monoscopic 360 videos
- Stereoscopic 360 videos
- Spatial audio
- 360 photos
- SRT Subtitles
- You can find the video and photo specifications under the Specifications button on the right.
- VR Sync supports the following types of content:
- After uploading the content you have to press Publish. You are now ready to set up the device.
Installing the VR headset
- You can find the installation instructions depending on the VR headset under the tab Download.
- Connect your VR headset to Wi-fi.
- Once you have installed the application you can type in your pin. You can find your pin inside your VR Sync dashboard in the top left corner once you are logged in.
- The device will start fetching the content you have published (see step 3 of previous section). After the content is fetched you are fully set up.
Using the software
Playing content
- Log in to your VR Sync account on you pc or android device and click on the tab Remote.
- On the left hand side you will see a section Select commands. Click on a video and click on the Play button.
- All VR headsets should play the content synchronously now. If they don’t, check the following:
- Check if the VR headset has an active wifi connection
- Check if the VR Sync application is running on the device
- If it still does not play, check the specifications of the content or get in contact with us.
Monitoring devices
- Under the tab Remote you can find Device selection at the top of the screen.
- Here you can edit device names and create groups.
- On the right hand side the section Currently viewing.
- Select a device before starting a video and you should be able to see a small view of the video the device is playing.
- If you scroll down on this page you can also monitor the connectivity and battery level per device.

Under the tab Analytics you can find data on the following.
