Before you start
- Do not allow the lenses to come in contact with long periods of direct sunlight. This will permanently damage the screen and does not fall under warranty.
- Make sure you have enough room space to move around.
How to connect the Pico 4 (Enterprise) to a Wi-Fi network?
- Turn on the headset and put it on.
- Select the ‘Quick Settings’ at the bottom right corner of the dock.
- Select the ‘Wi-Fi symbol’ in the middle of the Menu.
- Click on the ‘Wi-Fi’ you would like to connect to and enter the password.
- Click on Connect device.
How to download and install an application on the Pico 4 (Enterprise)?
- Turn on the headset and put it on.
- Make sure it is connected to an internet connection.
- On the dock select the red ‘Pico Store’ Icon.
- From there you will be able to search for a specific game, view the ‘Top List’, ‘Featured Games’ or ‘Browse All’.
- Once you have found a game you want, select the game and a button will appear with either ‘free’ or the specific price of the game.
- Once you click that button the game will either begin automatically downloading or you will be directed to a payment screen were you will need to fill in payment information before the game begins downloading.
How to activate developer mode on the Pico 4 (Enterprise)?
- Turn on the headset and put it on.
- From the home menu, click the ‘Quick Settings’ icon at the bottom right corner of the dock.
- Select the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right corner and then select ‘General’ listed on the left tab.
- Scroll down and select ‘About’.
- Scroll down until you see the ‘Software Version Number’. Click on it 7 times after which the developer options will appear in the left sided menu which you will be able to click on.
How to transfer files from a computer to the Pico 4 (Enterprise)?
- Before you connect the device to your PC to the following:
- Turn on the headset and put it on.
- With the headset on select the ‘Pico Button’ to bring up the dock and select the ‘Quick settings’ icon in the bottom right corner.
- Select the ‘Settings’ icon, which is located in the top right corner and navigate to the ‘Developer’ button.
- Turn on ‘USB Debug’.
- Click on ‘USB Connection’ and select ‘File transfer’.
- Now connect the Pico 4 and the computer with the USB-C cable (the Pico 4 has a USB-C port on the left side of the headset).
- Your Pico 4 should now appear as a drive on your computer.
