What is the RealWear Arc 3?
The RealWear Arc 3 is a pair of lightweight enterprise smart glasses and the first RealWear device with a see-through, full-colour AR display and a natural-language AI assistant called Ari. At about 179 grams it is built for comfortable all-day wear, and you operate it hands-free by voice.
It is positioned to extend RealWear’s range into lighter-duty, all-day tasks such as logistics, warehousing, healthcare and general frontline support, rather than to replace the rugged Navigator devices. It offers remote expert support, guided workflows and on-device AI, with dual cameras and PPE compatibility.

Who it suits:
teams that want all-day comfort, a clear see-through display and conversational AI for lighter-duty work. Less suited to heavy or hazardous industry, where the rugged Navigator 520 is the right choice.
What can you use the RealWear Arc 3 for?
The Arc 3 fits all-day, lighter-duty frontline work where comfort and a clear see-through display matter: remote expert support, guided workflows and inspections, and hands-free AI assistance. Typical settings are logistics and warehousing, healthcare, field service and manufacturing support. For heavy industry, hazardous areas or environments needing a hot-swap battery and IP66 ruggedness, the Navigator 520 is the better fit, and many organisations deploy both.
