About Business Accounts

A PICO Business Account includes organizational attributes, supports unlimited devices, and is required for services like the Business Store, Business Suite, and Device Manager. It ensures secure and compliant enterprise use of PICO’s hardware and software.

Future updates will introduce enhanced member management features based on RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) for greater security and flexibility.

How to create an account inside an organization in PICO Business Device Manager

In PICO Business Device Manager, new user accounts within an organization are created via invitations.

Only the Owner or an Admin can send these invitations. When a user receives one, they are prompted to set up their own PICO Business Account.

Once the account is created and linked to the organization, the new member can access the platform with permissions defined by their assigned role. This process ensures all accounts are authenticated and securely integrated into the organization’s management system.
